Welcome To Fit To Function

Hello there

My name is Laurie Gomes. Over the next few weeks I will be adding articles and videos about what I do as a Performance Enhancement Coach at Dax Moy's Personal Training Studios.

I will be talking about aspects of posture and/or correction, fitness, weight loss, and muscle building from a functional perspective, taking a lot of consideration for proper muscular recruitment patterns and understanding the feel of the movements.

I also do a lot of work for the Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Group Based in Brentwood Essex. I will be writing about how exercise can benefit people suffering from this condition
